Cancellation and Refund

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase made on our website. However, we understand that there may be situations where cancellations or refunds are required. Please review our policy below:

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team at support@premartgallery.com.
  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once the production process has begun.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Refunds:

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Refunds for custom or personalized products are not available unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
